We take a firm stance against the minority that disrupt the enjoyment of others and employ multiple methods to ensure any impact caused on the Incredi platform is quickly dealtwith and removed. |

| Security is a major aspect here at Incredi. We developed both the infrastructure and the software used for Incredi.net from the ground up and perform regular security audits on our system to ensure our web technologies are protected against new and threats. Incredi's parent company (AGCC Networks) which maintains Incredi's servers physically also maintain a physcialy secure presence at the data centre to ensure that no physical attacks are made to the Incredi server farm. |

| Incredi's MediaMasters are on-call 24/7/365 to investigate issues on the Incredi plat4m. They will deal with abuse, content uploading, quota issues and more transparent issues such as site glitches. They also escalate more serious issues such as platform stability and isolated user issues to our development team and/ or our our network co-ordination centre (NOC).
